The Garden as Muse: A Workshop on Garden and Nature Writing

Jump-start your creativity with this day long writing workshop for current and aspiring writers who draw inspiration from gardens and natural spaces.  Award-winning writer Virginia Small will provide guidance to help workshop participants express their writing voice and explore several genres of writing.  With special concentration on point of view and tone, the workshop will combine lecture, discussion, and hands-on exercises with Garden in the Woods as a stimulating backdrop.  Discussion of opportunities for writers will continue during the catered lunch.  Open to writers at all levels.
