Fun at the Philbrick-Cricenti Bog

This entertaining bog walk, complete with puppets and puns, will focus on bog formation (glacial origins, peat development and succession over time, etc.), wetland ecology, as well as lots of specific botanical observations. The Philbrick-Cricenti bog has an array of classic bog plants to explore, including carnivorous pitcher plants, sundews and bladderworts, as well as white-fringed orchis, bog rosemary, and others.
