We will focus on plant ID, determining ripeness of seed, careful collection, proper cleaning, drying and storage techniques to maintain viability. We will begin with a relaxing walk through Garden in the Woods to collect seed from our many native species and end with a discussion and question and answer session. Wear comfortable shoes and join us rain or shine for a look into the fascinating world of plant reproduction. You’ll never look at plants in quite the same way again.
