The remarkable range of floral forms is related to their function in pollen transfer within a species. Learn about the “syndromes” of insect, animal, water, and wind pollinated flowers as we observe trends in floral evolution, advertisements, and bribes associated with pollination ecology. We’ll use Garden in the Woods as a living laboratory and then conclude with a viewing of the remarkable “The Birds and the Bees” by Sir David Attenborough.
