Can you identify painted turtles, box turtles, and snapping turtles? How can you tell girl turtles from boy turtles? What do they eat and how do they survive when enemies attack? What does the inside of a turtle shell look like? Walk the trails and hunt for turtles in their different habitats. Following the walk, snack on some favorite turtle food. (No-not bugs!) Finally, create a “turtle” craft to take home.
