Flower Power
Family Program: Children with Adult Companion
At the height of the spring bloom, come to the Garden to learn about the amazing powers of flowers. What tricks do they use to attract busy bugs? We’ll explore the Garden for colors, patterns, smells, and insect pollinators, looking for flowers large and small. After our walk, we’ll taste some nectary treats, invent our own flowers, and pot up some special plants to take home for your own flower power garden.
