Brand New, Premiering Events Oneline Art Show, Exhibits, Programming, Seminars

The list of new events, exhibits, programming, and seminars is exciting. The Biggest of the BIG BUGS premieres this summer - a giant Praying Mantis 17' X 17' X 10'. A television show, online art show, bee habitats, build-a-bug station and more will be new in 2008.

● Big Bugs Online Art Show ― Submit digital images for display on Big Bugs Website at bigbugsart@newenglandwild.org. Take a photo, make a drawing, paint a picture. Show insect/plant interaction.

● Reality TV ― WGBH’s “Design Squad” – Big Bugs Design Competition airs in May in New Hampshire on NHPT and June 1 in Massachusetts on WGBH. Available online at www.pbs.org/designsquad

● Hot Topics Covered ― Native Plants and Pollinators - Determine what is happening and what to do in your garden

● New Bugologist Pin at Bugmobile Station, which moves to different locations throughout the Garden. Visit the Bugmobile on two different weekends and earn your own Bugologist Pin.
