NATIVE PLANTS & DEMONSTRATIONS

NEW ENGLAND WILD FLOWER SOCIETY'S NASAMI FARM

New England Wild Flower Society, America’s largest native plant education program proudly presents a series of FREE weekly lecture/demonstrations at Nasami Farm, the Society’s native plant nursery, 128 North Street, Whately, Massachusetts, located just 2 miles from I-91, an hour north of Hartford, Connecticut.  Native plant experts share great gardening tips and techniques and afterwards help with eco-landscaping selections.  No reservations required.  Programs and parking are FREE. 413-397-9922. www.newenglandWILD.org.

Nursery open weekends, Thursdays through Sundays, 10-5, April 17 - June 8, 2008 for a selection of 550 native species from Aralia to Zizia.  The nursery is now accepting quantity pre-orders for pickup at nursery@newenglandWILD.org. All purchases and memberships support the Society's award-winning plant conservation programs. Members receive discounts on plant and education purchases.
